We realize there are increasing demands of the Field Services industry and RHD Property Inc. is constantly sourcing to assure our network of experienced professionals leverage industry knowledge and guides to position them to help our clients achieve their goals and meet investor guidelines.

We have a thorough vetting process for professional sub-contractors. This includes meeting insurance standards, passing background checks, and passing industry knowledge tests. This pre-qualification process helps us ensure we are delivering on our clients’ expectations.

Amongst other requirements, all sub-contractors must be insured with $1,000,000 General Liability, $1,000,000 Errors and Omissions, Automobile and Workers compensation insurance coverage as applicable.

Commercial General Liability Insurance must be in the amounts of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate including the following coverages:

Personal Injury/Advertising Injury Protection
Care/Custody/Control coverage in the amount of $50,000
Products/Completed Operations.

Errors & Omissions must be in the amounts of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 aggregate including the following coverages:

• Property Preservation Inspections
• Property Preservation Estimates
• Property Preservation Services including, but not limited to, real estate owned (“REO”) Services
• Residential Property Inspections
• Delinquent borrower interviews
• Insurance loss inspections
• Eviction services
• Property repair estimates
• Property rehabilitation services
• Merchant site verifications
